A distant intuitive design experience is an opportunity to receive a piece that is created with intention, clarity, and deep connection to your story, wherever you are.
This offering allows you to receive an intuitively created design, guided by your story, your intention, and the placement you feel called to. I work with what you share. Your words, your energy, your direction. From this, I move into a quiet and considered design process. Each piece is not only drawn, but felt.
Held with care, shaped with purpose, and refined to align with your body and what you are ready to carry forward. This is more than a design file. It is a process of connection. A way to receive something intentional, even at a distance. Something that can later be brought into form by a trusted artist in your area, or held until the moment you are ready to receive it in person by Taylah.

The threshold
The process begins the moment you submit your application. Through your words, I take time to sit with your intentions. What you are moving through. What you are ready to honour or step into.
From here, I move into an intuitive design process. I spend time in stillness. Allowing the piece to unfold naturally, rather than forcing an outcome. Each line, shape, and detail is considered. Not only for how it looks, but for how it feels. And how it will sit on your body.
Your initial sketch is then shared with you. This is where your voice comes in. You are invited to reflect, respond, and guide any changes needed. From there, I refine the design. Bringing in more depth, clarity, and detail. You are given one final round of changes. A space to ensure the piece fully lands with you before completion.
Once complete, your design is finalised and prepared. Ready to be tattooed. Held by you until the right moment arrives. This process asks for trust. In return, you receive something that carries meaning. Something that reflects where you are. And where you are stepping next.
Honouring the Integration,
Even without the physical marking, this work can still open something within you.
A sense of clarity. A deeper understanding. Or a quiet confirmation of what you already felt. For some, the design feels immediate and grounding. For others, it may continue to unfold over time.
Both are part of the process. You are invited to sit with your design once received. To notice what it brings up. To allow it to integrate before moving into the tattooing stage. There is no rush. Only readiness.

Your experience begins once your application has been received and I move into the intuitive design process.
I sit with what you have shared, allowing the first expression of your piece to take form. This becomes your initial sketch, a grounded starting point of what is ready to emerge.
You will then be invited to respond with your thoughts.
What feels aligned. What doesn’t. What is asking to be adjusted or explored further.From here, I refine the design with care and attention, bringing in more balance, detail, and clarity while staying true to its original essence.
Once any final adjustments are made within the included refinement stages, your design is completed and delivered to you, ready to be taken forward into tattooing when the time feels right.

Your design may continue to unfold within you in the days that follow, sometimes gently, sometimes more deeply, depending on where you are within your own transition.
I invite you to give yourself space for this. To slow down where possible. To stay present with what arises. To allow the meaning of the piece to settle in its own time.
Journalling, quiet reflection, or returning to your original intention can support this integration.

With ties to Pictish, Pretani, Dutch, and German lineages, I honour traditions of protection, symbolism, and marking the body with meaning.

I work primarily with black ink.
It is non-toxic, vegan, and free from heavy metals, and only uses 3 ingredients.
I also can provide white, brown & henna ink.
I do not use any other coloured inks.

You don’t need to have this fully decided.
I offer guidance during our session, helping you tune into what feels right for your body and your piece.

That’s completely okay.
Your application is enough for me to begin the process. Though i recommend getting as much information about what you like as possible. Even if it is specific elements from images, this will start me on the process of understanding what you are drawn to.
I intuitively create your design based on what you share, and we refine it together on the day if needed.
