TatuFlow ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of our users—including tattoo artists, studio managers, and their clients. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the TatuFlow application across mobile, tablet, desktop, or studio-wide platforms.
By accessing or using TatuFlow, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
-
We collect information directly from artists/studios and from clients who interact with an artist's intake and booking systems.
A. Artist & Studio Information
Account Data: Name, business name, professional name, email address, password, and profile preferences.
Subscription & Billing Info: Payment details processed through secure third-party payment gateways (we do not store raw credit card data).
Studio Schedule Data: Appointments, studio capacity, calendar configurations, and rostered artist names.
B. Client Information (Collected on behalf of Artists)
When a client uses a TatuFlow intake or booking form, we collect data on behalf of the managing artist:
Contact Details: Name, email address, and phone number.
Tattoo Specifics: Design ideas, desired body placement, sizing preferences, and any reference images uploaded by the client.
Communication History: Messages and email exchanges sent through TatuFlow templates.
-
We use the collected data to provide a seamless workflow experience, specifically to:
Operate, maintain, and optimize the TatuFlow dashboard, booking forms, and calendar systems.
Facilitate multi-artist management within Studio Mode.
Generate automated communication templates (e.g., deposit requests, booking confirmations, aftercare instructions).
Provide multi-platform access (mobile, computer, and iPad tracking).
Respond to customer support inquiries and fix technical glitches.
-
We do not sell user or client data. Data is only shared under the following strict conditions:
Within the Studio (Studio Mode): If an artist belongs to a studio workspace, authorized studio administrators or managers may view calendars and intake data to coordinate shop logistics.
Third-Party Service Providers: We share data with trusted third-party providers who help us run the app (such as cloud hosting services, database management, and email delivery systems). These providers are legally bound to keep your data secure.
Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
-
TatuFlow is built with security and user control in mind:
We use industry-standard encryption protocols to secure your data both in transit and at rest.
Data Minimization: We only collect the information necessary to successfully execute a booking, send templates, and manage studio flow.
User Control: Artists retain control over their intake data and can delete or archive past client files in accordance with their local studio records retention policies.
-
Depending on your location, you (and your clients) may have rights regarding your personal information, including:
The right to access, update, or correct the personal data we hold.
The right to request the deletion of your account and associated business data.
The right to opt-out of administrative or promotional notifications (though essential system alerts regarding active bookings cannot be turned off).
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at the email address provided below.
-
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our app features or legal obligations. We will notify you of any major changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy and, where appropriate, posting a notification inside the TatuFlow dashboard.
